Container Homes

Container homes are prefabricated homes made of shipping containers. They are easily transportable and the standard size is 8 ft wide + 8 ft. 6 in tall. Most container homes have fixed costs and short production periods. They are extremely durable and easily customizable. Another feature is sustainability; vendors are essential reusing old containers.

Log Homes

Log homes are interlocked in the corners by a notch and are stacked on top of each other. These homes have fast on-sight construction and there are several different methods to assemble them. However, they require frequent maintenance, for example, they need to be sealed and resealed every couple of years.

Concrete Block Homes

Concrete block homes are built with concrete blocks and the holes in between are full of reinforcing material. Concrete block homes are stronger than wood built housing and are better for tornado and hurricane prone areas. There is less energy consumption than regular homes thus more insulation. These homes must be built perfectly from start to finish to prevent water damage.

Pre-Fabricated Homes

  • Mobile Homes
  • Modular Apartments

Stick Built Homes

Stick built homes have a wooden framed structure which are constructed piece by piece. They are made on site, does not have a transportation cost, and have less maintenance cost. Stick built homes are easily customizable and hold a better value than modular homes.
